Furthermore, we believe that staff members are also important factors in the quality control of products. With this idea in mind, we carry out training programs among them and only those who are qualified are allowed to take part in the operation complying with GMP standard.
The former name of ZhongXin Pharmaceuticals was Medicine Material Company. With nearly half of the century experience of engaging in medicine material, ZhongXin Pharmaceuticals has developed a good relationship with many famous material suppliers in China. Consequently, not only the supply network is wide and reliable but also the quality of the raw materials could be guaranteed. Moreover, we have established many plant bases (including Ligustcum, Mognolia and Angelica bases.) according to GAP standard to strictly control the quality of the herbal materials. Through regulating the process of seeding, growth and harvest of the herbal raw materials, our company is able to provide reliable plant raw materials which can meet many standards such as the content limit of pesticides and heavy metal residues, thus the quality of the herbal raw materials can be controlled at the very beginning.
In product analyses and testing sector, we introduced the most advanced instruments in the world including HPLC Tandem Mass Spectrometer produced by Waters-Micromass, GC- MS produced by Shimadzu, IR, UV, TLC, atomic absorb spectrometer as well as atomic fluorescence spectrometer. These equipment are mainly responsible for the analyses of the quality of botanical raw material, the fingerprint of TCM, pesticide residue and heavy metal residue.
As for manufacture, the construction of the workshop are fully in line with GMPs and the operation are strictly carried out under SOP, therefore, the quality of the products is reliable. A complete set of advanced equipments used for botanical extraction has been introduced in our modernized TCM industrial park, most of which are the first equipment that has been used in herbal extraction, including continuous dynamic countercurrent plant extraction system, super critical fluid extraction system, plate evaporation system, circumrotate film evaporation system, plate centrifuge and spray dryer with inner fluid bed. The whole production system is controlled by central computers automatically to ensure the quality of the products. The process pine are all made of 316L stainless steel, and CIP on-line cleaning technology is adopted, with some key imported diaphragm valves, to ensure there is no dead angel in cleaning. All these factors ensure the qualities of raw materials, process water, intermediates, and final products so as to produce herbal extracts with high quality and high standard.
Equipments
Extraction:
The extraction system is a series of percolators for continuous dynamic countercurrent extraction in low temperature. It can extract 10,000kg botanical raw materials per day. Because of extraction in low temperature, the effective components can be reserved at maximum limit. The dynamic circulation improves the extraction efficiency remarkably. This equipment can also be used for extraction of volatile oil.
Concentration:
Circumrotate film evaporator can improve the evaporation speed so as to reduce the duration time, and it can also reduce boil of liquid to protect the heat-sensitive components as well as to obtain concentrate with high concentration.
Plate evaporation system uses plate type evaporator, with big evaporating capacity. With advanced atomization, it can use computer to program different kinds of process parameters and it has CIP automatic cleaning.as well. Drying:
